A premium elevator traction steel wire rope designed specifically for ultra-high-speed, ultra-high-rise elevators. Compared to the 9x19S configuration, its key upgrade lies in the adoption of the Filler (F) structure, which incorporates additional fine wires between the inner and outer wire layers. This design maximizes the contact area between wires, resulting in an exceptionally high fill factor and a highly compact structure.
By incorporating internal filler wires, the Filler (F) structure significantly improves load distribution among the wires and reduces internal friction. Combined with the 9-strand design, this ensures industry-leading performance in terms of both bending fatigue life and wear resistance during repeated operation over the traction sheave.
The high fill factor and steel core support enable the rope to withstand extremely high specific pressures, effectively resisting deformation caused by the traction sheave grooves and maintaining excellent dimensional stability during ultra-high-speed operation.
